X International Student Fees 2010

 

Tuition fee ………………….…....................……… NZD $11,000 per year

This covers all subject tuition and ESOL lessons and the New Zealand Government levy.  It does not XXX cover examination fees, field trips or extra tutoring.  Students paying for less than one year pay NZD XXX $6,000 for two terms (half year) or NZD $3,000 for one term.

 

Homestay fee ................................................................... NZD $200.00 per week

This fee covers full board and lodging, three meals a day, access to the Homestay Manager and XXXX airport collection on arrival.  We always do our best to meet the requirements of students regarding the XX type of homestay they want to stay in. 

 

Stationery ............................................................ NZD $250.00 per year

This covers the purchase of paper, pens and workbooks needed at the start of the year.  Any money not XX used will be refunded to the student at the end of the year.

 

Uniform fee ......................................................................... NZD $500.00

For students who enter in Year 12 or below, this fee covers the cost of purchasing the uniform.  When a student leaves college s/he can sell he uniform back to the school at a reduced cost.  Any money not used XX will be refunded to the student.

 

Insurance ......................................... Approximately NZD$450.00 per year

All students must have comprehensive insurance.  Under the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care on International Students, this is a legal requirement.  Students can purchase insurance in their home country.

 

General fee ................................................................ NZD$600.00 per year

This fee covers examination fees, trip fees, school ball ticket, sports fees and camp fees.  Any money not used will be refunded to the student at the end of the year.
