Reader/Writers For Special Assessment Conditions

 

XXXSome students may require special assessment conditions such as the use of a reader and/or writer, they made need extra time, the use XXXof a computer, or separate accommodation. Learner Support ensures that these students’ needs are met and that chances are equitable XXXin line with the regulations set by NZQA (New Zealand Qualifications Authority).

 

XXXFor NCEA examinations and internal assessments we are required to provide an assessment report by a Psychologist or other health XXXprofessional when we apply for special assessment conditions for a student. Learner Support liaises with teachers and parents for this XXXand can organise the assessment.
