Support for Students who study by Distance Learning

 

Senior students who wish to study a subject that they have studied at NCEA Level 1 - that is not offered at Aotea College at level 2 or 3 can do so by distance learning - either with the Virtual Learning Network or with The Correspondence School (TCS).

Learner Support maintains contact with their subject teachers at TCS and supports students in meeting deadlines and developing study

skills as well as self management skills. We liaise with their subject teachers to monitor progress and to keep parents informed.
