Mathswell
This is an interschool mathematics competition for year 9, 10 and 11 students from secondary schools in the Wellington region that focuses on creative problem solving.
Aotea College teams are selected from students in each year level from students who participate in the training and selection classes.
Years 9 and 10 have teams of 6 students and Year 11 has a team of 3 students.
The competitions for each year level are held at schools in the region.
Dates and venues for 2010 are yet to be confirmed, but the competition usually takes place in term 3.
